·         Media Access: Camera and Storage access to allow you to upload photos of the required service/task.

Important Note: We do not sell your personal data to third-party advertisers. Your information is strictly used to facilitate the requested home services.

2. Use of Permissions

Our mobile application requests the following device permissions for specific functional reasons:

·         Location: To track service delivery and provide accurate arrival times.

·         Camera / Microphone: To allow direct communication between the user and the service professional.

·         Storage: To save invoices, estimates, and service reports locally on your device.

3. Service Providers

We may share your contact details and job location address with our verified service professionals so they can navigate to your location and perform the requested job effectively.

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption protocols to protect your personal data during transmission and storage. However, please note that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

5. Data Retention Policy

We retain your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide you with our services and as described in this Privacy Policy. If your account remains inactive for a period of 24 months, we will securely delete your personal data from our systems, unless legal obligations require us to retain it longer.

6. Data Deletion & User Rights

Users have the right to request the deletion of their personal data at any time. You can request data deletion through the following convenient methods:

·         In-App Option: Navigate to Profile > Settings > Delete Account

·         Email Request: Send an email to support@gharsevasolution.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request"

We will process your request and delete all your personal information from our active servers within 7 business days.
